Spartan, Viking, Knight, or Roman Solider?

If I had to chose to be one of these four, I might choose to be a knight. I feel that this is a good choice because as a knight I could go on epic journeys and quests. Knights live honorable and courageous lives with integrity- fearlessly facing any challenge placed in front of them. I think that I could be a good knight as well because I bear these knightly characteristics, and I would most likely enjoy most of the dangerous activities knights must encounter daily. Although I considered being a spartan because of how impressive their military and interesting their culture was, I realized how rough their lives were even as infants. As a knight I would've been raised in the court of the lord, exposed to the ideals of chivalry. Again, I believe being a knight would be a better choice because of how fitting a knight's lifestyle is for me. However, I do still find that being a spartan would be absolutely insane and just really cool.

Write This Story

Tulip started down a grassy path into the dark forest. It was a sound night as she walked to the crunch of leaves and waking crickets. She finally came to the place where all this trouble began. She was sure this was where he disappeared- or maybe he never left. All that visibly remained was a shallow, empty hole. Tulip thought to herself for a moment, when suddenly she heard a faint thump. Startled, she quickly looked in every which way, hoping to see the answer. She saw nothing. Tulip cautiously turned back around to continue her investigation, keeping a vigilant eye to her surroundings. Flashbacks ran through her mind of the few but mysterious encounters she had with the boy. Tom, was his name. "What could even be kept in here?!", she thought. Anxiously, she tried so desperately to remember any little detail that could help her understand. Then, again, she heard a thump.

What kitchen item would I be?

I would be a coffee machine. I love coffee and a coffee machine isn't used as harshly as other kitchen items might be. As a coffee machine I would rarely be ignored and  could wake up to the taste of coffee almost every morning and throughout the day. Coffee makes people happy, starts their day, allows people to connect with each other and etc. So I would technically be providing that for them because you cant really have coffee without a coffee machine.

Gardening (kind of) Thing!

Well, I helped out with the children's garden at LCCC earlier today and it was really cool- I had a lot of fun! Unfortunately this one (myself) over here doesn't have a smartphone or any phone that takes pictures well, so I'm going to write a little about my experience...

Being able to go out there with some of my friends and just help out in general was definitely a great feeling. I laughed and actually enjoyed myself, even though I never doubted that I wouldn't, it was something I would certainly do again. Although we were just pulling out vegetables and grass, having others there that were also enjoying themselves, created an awesome, positive atmosphere. I love volunteering to do stuff like this and the fact that it got me extra credit and out of success lab makes it like 10x better!

So there we have it #yaaschewbaccaa#volenteerwork#LCCC#gardening#helpingothers#friends#fun#teamnosmartphone#lamebutokay

Deckhand Or Librarian?

If I had to choose between being a deckhand on a ship or being a librarian at a prestigious university, I would choose the deckhand. Id rather be the deckhand because I feel there would be more adventure involved and it wouldn't be as boring as a librarian might be. I would love to be able to stop at different places around the world and venture into more experiences. Being the deckhand on a ship could allow me to see more places, meet more people and etc. This, I feel, might even open more opportunities for learning and gaining new knowledge. It will also increase my fortitude. I have commonly thought about what it would be like to be a sailer as well. I am aware however, that as a deckhand my job would bring about many troubles; I could question whether those troubles would be worth my wanderlust but I guess it just all depends...
